Move Prompt to Workspace
To move a prompt and all of its versions from its current workspace to another workspace, go to the Prompt Library and click the 3 vertical dots at the far-right of the prompt you want to move, then select the Move to workspace option.

This will bring up the Move Prompt modal box, where you can choose the new workspace from the dropdown list; then click the green Move prompt button. This will move the prompt and all of its versions from the current workspace into the selected workspace.
The dropdown list will only contain the workspaces that you have access to.
