Lock Version
When collaborating with teammates to create prompts, it can be common for multiple people to work on the same prompt version at the same time. This can lead to the inadvertent side effect of someone's work getting overwritten by someone else.
To prevent this from happening, you can lock a prompt version so that only you can make changes to it. And then when you're ready, you can unlock it to allow others to make their changes again.
All prompt versions start as unlocked, which you can see with the purple unlocked icon at the bottom-right of the editor.

To lock the version, simply click the unlocked icon. This will mark the version as locked by you, and the icon will change to a locked icon.
A locked prompt version can only be unlocked by the person who locked it.

When trying to edit a version that is locked by someone else, the green Save button will be disabled, preventing you from making changes to the prompt version. However, you can still select the Save as new version option.
You can also see who locked the version by hovering over the lock icon.
